Chinese smartphone maker Coolpad has sent out media invites hinting at the launch of its Note 3S and Mega 3 smartphones at an event on 30 November. The invites have been sent
out shortly after Coolpad launched its Note 5 offering in India back in September.
The two new smartphones will technically be the successors to the Note 3 and the Mega 2.5D which were launch last year. Both smartphones are expected to be budget devices and cost in the range of Rs 10,000.
The specifications of both devices have not leaked out just yet, but expect hardware similar to its predecessors. This would include a 5.5-inch HD display similar to the Coolpad Note 3S and the Coolpad Mega 2.5D. Apart from budget MediaTek processors both smartphones also feature 3GB RAM and 16GB internal storage which could also make it to the new Note 3S, Mega 3.
The recently announced Note 5 sports a 5.5-inch Full HD (1920×1080 pixels) IPS display with 2.5D curved glass, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 octa-core processor, 4GB of RAM and 32GB internal storage which can be further expanded using a microSD card. There is a 13MP rear camera with an LED flash as well as an 8MP front facing camera along with an LED flash to fill in light for your selfies.
