Amazon is working on 'smart glasses' that will be paired with its virtual assistant Alexa to perform
various activities. According to a report in The Financial Times, the wearable device can also be wirelessly connected to a smartphone.

The device is also reported to feature a bone-conduction audio system that will allow the user to hear the voice of Alexa without inserting an earphone into their ears.
The Washington based e-commerce retailer is also planning to expand the series of products in its 'Smart Home' system. It is reported to include a new home security camera system, adding to the security of a smart home. The security camera is expected to be connected with the internet and Amazon's smart products such as Echo to show when a product is delivered to the user's home.

Amazon recently introduced Alexa skills Kit for childrens below 13 years. The "Skills" introduced in the voice assistant include those from big brands such as SpongeBob from Nickelodeon and Sesame Street from Sesame Workshop. The skills include trivia games, fun quizzes and adventure games.
The online retailer claims that the Alexa Skills Kit is compatible with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ( COPPA) and enables the parents to have control over the information accessed to their children. It will also give online privacy to the children.
